[Resolved]  Amay Home Services Ltd — fraud in flat booking & aggreement

Today there is a newspaper notice published by Rajasthan Finance Corp. (RFC) in Rajasthan Patrika whereby notice has been given for auctioning SKYLINE project of AMAY (Krishna Villa Apt. Pvt. Ltd.) which is to take place on 28.4.10. If the auction takes place, the there would be serious set-back to the investors who have purchased flats in the SKYLINE project. Therefore, immediate action is required to protect the interest of investors and stay on auction is to be obtained. He is in process of filing petition in High Court for stay of auction and for protection of investors interest.

I have a flat booked in Liberty Homes in 2008, Jaisinghpura Jaipur.

Few months back I have filed the court case against the Builder, Bank(IDBI)and CIBIL. But the things are moving at really slow pace.

I stay out of Jaipur and don't have the current update. Is there anyone who has the latest update regarding the case?
