[Resolved] American Tourister Luggage bag — Repairing Problems

Hi, I purchased one luggege bag from Durgapur City centre ( Big Bazar), It cost was 3200 INR, after one trip o[censored]SA that american tourister bag was getting spoil as its handle was broken. After coming from outside i went to Big Bazar for repairing as it had 3 years international gurrenty. but there that people are telling we can not repair and it will require 3 months for reapairing. This is a very bad impression which i have for american tourister. Kindly can anyone help me in this regards,,, Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)

It happens same thing with Me. I purchased two bag Fro Reliance, Ahmedabad and both are damaged heavily in one trip o[censored]SA.
Now the Relince guy said you have to go to Service center. I went there now service center guy said the warrant cover only repairing part like chain and stitches but not for damage like what happen with my bag. Also he said we never give replace for economic range bag where I was told buy Reliance guy it has 3 years warrant with Replacement option...

Reliance and AT both are liar :(
