AIMS INFOTECH, PUNE Fake IT company dupes 100 job-seekers
AIMS INFOTECH, PUNE, reportedly a fake company based in pune, had appointed 90 employees in March. The company allegedly collected Rs 8, 000 to Rs 20, 000 from each of the aspirants, in the guise of SAP training and SAP LIVE PROJECT. The company promised them a salary of Rs 17, 000 per month during the first two months, pune police have started a manhunt for three, who floated an IT company and duped nearly 100 job-seekers . Police registered a case against the promoters, who allegedly promised jobs to 90 BE and MCA graduates, and cheated them of Rs 1.5 crore. which would increase to Rs 24, 000 on regularization.
The promoters of the company - Mohnish patil and Akash Jadhav - lured the employees, claiming they had two SAP projects.
However, last Friday, they locked up the office and vanished. Employee representatives met joint commissioner of police (crime) and submitted their complaint. police said a case had been registered with pune police. "The accused in this case do not have any criminal record. We've asked the local police to intensify the search for the accused, "

Me kamlesh soni from rajasthan. i hv done complete my sap b1 education from CONTROL -TECH pune 2009 (nigdi area, place of pune) there have three partner of control tech. The first one is 1) AMOL MAHAJAN 2) MOHNISH PATIL 3) RAKESH KOLHE.
comlain no 1) unka instituite registerd nahi he.
2) mujhse double fees liya. aur sahi tarike se complete nhi kiya, aadha adhura padhya.
3) project k naam par site par lekar jate. lekin kuch nahi bataya...kuch puchte to kuch aur kaam karne ko dete jo implementation se related nahi tha.
4) project par every month 3000 rs 3 month tak hamari fees me se hi hame dena btaya gaya tha. wo bhi nhi diya. is baat ko lekar jhada bhi hua. lekin koi fayda nahi. yea saari to un teeno partners ki preplanning hoti he. aisa mere saath hi nhi dusre student k saath bhi happening hui he...
whatever happening there ...mera career un logo ki vajah se spoil ho gaya. pleaze help sir.

I know at least 20 victims and about few complaints filed at above police stations.
Please refer one of the internet forum and various complaints.
Please suggest how to proceed and take serious action against this company and save hard earned money of many victims like me.
Now my points are
1. Please help me in the recovery of my money.
2. I would like to request SAP INDIA . SAP Authorities to cancel company license because they are cheating with people. This is not only me who is suffering one of my cousin brother’s friend is also stucked in the same case.
3. I have reciept from the company for the payment of 1, 25, 00/-. If SAP INDIA authorities want it I can show them.
4. I have the mails from SIRD GROUP where I asked confirmation from them that they return my money and they replied me they need some time and will return my money back.
Now they are not giving me my money please help me in getting my money back also please cancel their license because they are cheating other people also. Please do this as soon as possible .
