[Resolved]  Amma Home Nursing and Placement Service — Cheating

A complaint already exists in the consumer complaint section ,also the below two incidents.

1)
I have registered with Amma's home nursing, Tripunithura for getting maid for looking after kids in Bangalore.
They have taken service charge of Rs. 5000/- + one month maids salary Rs.7000/-.
The agreed salary for 28day work is 7000/-. The first maid who came to Bangalore wanted to go immediately in 2 days time.
The next maid they send,could not see,hear and smell.She herself was not neat and smelt very bad.
Twice we called them to give a replacement,but no response.In mean time she bonded with the kids and
therefore we put up with her for 3 months.Even now thay us us to put up with her,telling no replacement.
Finally now we are fed up and have sent her away.

Please do not get in this agency- they have very poor service and low quality manpower.

Some basic verification needs to be done regarding the manpower health and abilities before sending for any responsible
job.Also the amount to be given during registration is immense.

2)
Registered with Amma's home nursing, Tripunithura for getting maid for looking after kids in Bangalore.
I have personally spoke with the maid also,regarding Bangalore ,work ,climate and all.We gave Rs.11000/- for the same.
Because we where to leave to Bangalore
after 5 days she was kept at my home so that she can bond with the kids.Since i come once a year lot of visits where
planned.In between all this She was treated very well and we where
eager to take her to Bangalore.Suddenly,the day before we where leaving,she is telling She did not know she is going to
Bangalore and She cannot bear the climate there and she wants to return.She had a very good vacation at my place
and she did maximum damage-she told us she has never been to Banaglore before.We immediatly informed agency and
again they told they the will give a maid who has already been to Bangalore.Again we went to the agency,there when my
mother personally spoke to the lady,she also said she has never been to Bangalore.finally my parents ,both 60+, had to wait
there till the evening there so that the amount is refund to us.Still 500 per day salary for that maid was cut
from the amount and given to us.
This agency needs to be brought to the books-its running on lies .After getting the payment they show no responsibilty.
They are making their people lie and once the registration amount is got they are doing as they please.
This should not be allowed.Such scams cannot be allowed to run in this mordern era.I am very sure many more such stories
all will have to say.
