[Resolved]  AMPERE ELECTRIC SCOOTERS — Service

Sir,
I am using V60 a product of AMPERE ELECTRIC BIKES. Before 3months (approx.), the charger given by the company get repaired due to some technical fault. So, i approached the dealer in Madurai ( DURAI MOTORS, Madurai. ) of AMPERE company. The dealer checked the charger and told me that, the charger has to be forwarded to the company (the company is in Coimbatore ) for warranty. And he did it. I got an opportunity to visit the Coimbatore and so i went to ask the further details of the charger. The company said to me that the charger was already opened by someone else hence the warranty of the charger has been in void state. I explained that the dealer of your company only opened to check for the complaints, but the person in the company is arguing as if there is no relation between the company and the dealer. IS IT TRUE?. Can anyone suggest me that "is the dealer has the right to check the product if some complaints has been given by the customer?". I got one ampere rio e-bike on august, 2019...
just after completion of 1year, the battery deteriorated totally and giving only 10-15km/charge mileage instead of 35-40km/charge,
While buying, company said minimum 2-3years a battery will run, thats why i got it,
2 months back company charged rs 250/- rs even in my free servicing period because they had to check my battery it seems.
Then what did they check?
And why did they charge me even during free servicing just for battery checking purpose?

I bought a Magnus Pro on day before yesterday 8th Jan, tomorrow is registration 12th Jan, today I am faced some issues in side locking due to improper welding in mainframe, which is helps to hold the handle during the time of side lock if I used the sid lock it will got jam, service people remover that welded rod, now I make sidelock it ll handalbar Turned 30 degree straight director, I need proper solution, welding is looks low quality welding .

I have applied for ampere dealership in the name of Gulshan from this mail I’d. I was given no of ampere employee [protected]. This guy neither properly attended me nor give any satisfactory answer. After wasting my time for 15 days he said that we are not giving dealership in your city. He can tell this thing to me on the first day. So kindly take care of this type of person
