Amravati Enclave Panchkula — Colonizers Cheating Residents

I am the resident of Amravati enclave Panchkula. I want to express that the promoters of Amravati Enclave ie Amar Nath Investments Pvt Ltd is misguiding people by not providing the facalities that they initially promised to its investors and residents. Infact they are trying to lease out every inch of land that is there in the colony. Some I want to state that.There is no club operational in the colony and the facalities it use to say and even put up in company, s site ie www.anagroup.co.in is not there at all, infact they have leased out club land to Chokhi Dhani Resort. And now there is no space left for outdoor activities that are stated in company's web site. The club photo that they have given on website which was a TRIBUNE Photograph doesnot exsist in real.Other thing is they are also playing with health of the people as well in the form of opening a multi speciality hospital which is not operational at night as there are no doctors.
Above all when we ask for our rights they threaten us. Kindly put this issue in limelight so that new investors doesnot get cheated by promoters.
