i am agree with all your comments but you all know the truth ki jitna paisa bhi anand ke ghar se bramad hua hai police ne display nahi kiya hai ki unko kitna mila ye sara paisa hamare jaise middle class people ka hai lekin ye unko wapas nahi milega sara paisa police kha jaygi kyonki ye khabar sirf madangir, police station of court tak simit hai media ka kahin bhi koi roll nahi hai jab ki media ko samne ana chayiye aur police walon aur logon se truth ka pata lagana chahiye aur garib janta ke hak ke liya ladna chahiya par media to bekhabar hokar so rahi hai. isi wajah se police wale sara paisa gayab kar lenge aur ham logo ko hamara paisa nahi milega hami logo ko is muheem ko age bdhana ho ga i am with you.

yes the money should be returned as this is hard earned money of garib people. but one thing that Mr. Anand has done good job to help weaker section, i think he was not a fraud, he is a genuine persons only the agents done this ghapla, so they should be punished not Mr. Anand.

yes i do agree with you all. i am an advocate and looking after this case from complainant side. today anand was produced before the court and we raised the issue about hard earned money of people. you plz who invested money go and get registered your complain and whenever with our effort money will be distributed you will need receiving copy of this complain. and pray to god for people. dont be hopeless.next date is 4.10.10.
dont think i am doing it for money but for many of my nearest and dearest and free for poors.

Please this is a request to you to kindly update the comments here, so that we can come to know about the status of the case. Also sir, a request to you as you have mentioned that people should go and get the complaint registered. Kindly provide the complete address where we can go and register the complaint. Also please suggest what do you feel after attending the court sessions everytime, that will this case ever get resolved or no? will the poor people get their money back?

aap ne itne jankare de uske leya thanks but kal (24th Sep 2010) ko Anand Arora ko Court le kar aye tha waha per sub kuch under he under chal raha hai na to media phuch pa rahe hai or CBI / Court / Police sub mile huye hai arbo rupea gayab kar deya hai or ab bol rahe hai ke 35 Lac baramat huye hai. Anand, Court, CBI & Police ma he sub kuch chal raha hai janta ko kuch nahi bata rahe hai or court ma kisi ko nahi jane de rahe hai ma to kahata hu agar pure public Akta kar le ko sub ke sath insaf hoga nahi ko Anand ka Advocate use bare kara kar le jaye ga or phir wo kaha gayab ho jaye ga kisi ko pata nahi chale ga. Ab to public ko high court jarur jana chyia or saket court ke jaga high court ma kase hona chyia. Media ko Paisa chad chuka hai is leya media Anand ke bare ma kuch nahi dikha rahe hai Agar train ke age ghoda (hourse) bhag raha hai ko use 10-10 bar dekhaye ge Hindustan ka bare ma galat galat or masala laga kar dekhya ge ma to kahata hu agar Media Insaf ka sath nahi de sakte to Media ko abne channel band kar dene chyia or govt ka rull banta hai ke aise media per achtion lena chyia.

I just want to hear that Mr. Anand Arora come out from this tragic situation and ready to refund all the payments to their costumers... becoz mera khuda ka 90, 000/- lgaa huaa hai whaa pr jo ki maine recently loan liya thaa, uska part thaa.

ab tk maine bhi yehi suna hai ki Mr. Anand jald hi bhar aayenge of sabko paise wapas karenge or even phr se kaam shuru karenge... mai to iisi samay ke intzaar me hu bcoz i also deposited Rs 90, 000/- and the total amount in our friend circle is round about
15 lac which is very hug amount... best of luck to all people..

friends if the news about the recovery amount is only of 29lacs then its fake news because i have invested 35 lacs on 26th of aug, 2010. and if i add my friends' money then it will be around 85 lacs... i also heard that money was recoverd in bulk from mr. anand's house...dont know what will happen and when...we can just wait i think..!

I think All those who have invested should first go and file their complaints and take a receipt or acknowledgment from the Police. At a later stage if it is still felt that the authorities have not taken appropriate action then a RIGHT TO INFORMATION Application must be filed at the Police Station on a 10 Rs Stamp paper. Even if the lawyers get Anand Arora released from the Jail (which is inevitable and he will be released), it will be difficult for him to abscond because in case he does that the person who gives the bail will be imprisoned. And we are not talking of him alone, all his family members who are booked and are in prison will need to furnish bails and surety bonds. Hence escaping would be very difficult for him. The law may be very slow but is foolproof only if every body who lodges a complaint goes to the court when summoned.
The absence of Media certainly indicates that the same has been bought otherwise a small quarrel outside AIIMS hospital is reported ten times a day whereas this case is more than 500 crores.
The news has been floating around that Anand Arora is also asking people for Money from the Jail because he needs to pay the Police. it is being heard that A gentleman who was earlier one of his agents had to change his cell number as he was continously getting calls from the Jail for 1.5Lakhs.
It is also being said that the immediate family of Anand Arora's brother is in Jodhpur (His brothers saural wale reside there) and that his eldest son is at Anand Arora's sasural.
It has also been heard that Mr. Anand Arora has bought several properties in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chattarpur and was even planning to build a residential complex near Dehradun for which he had taken advance payments from many people.
It would also be wrong to rely or believe in the fact that 58 crores was found from Mr. anands house because if he had 50 or 58 crores then he would have kept paying people for another three to four days and would have absconded quitely instead of closing his office and inviting trouble. I have heard that his wife was asking for 10 Lakh rupees from each agent on the day he was arrested in a meeting on the top floor his building.

I think we should all stay connected. If any of you is a criminal lawyer then he can present his views which I think would be helpful to all.
