[Resolved]  Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation — Poor service

Sir, APSRTC Buses in Andhra Pradesh State of India. Route Numbers 225D, 217, 222, 226 ply via our area (BHEL LIG Colony, Bharathinagar, Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad-502 032, AP, India). During night time we do not find illumination to the destination boards of these services. As a result passengers are totally confused. We are put to lot of inconvenience.I had been complaining to the so called APSRTC since several years in their website requesting them to take action on my complaint. I had also been requesting the officials to come and witness the problem during night time in our area. To this effect several mails were also sent right from Depot Manager, Divisional Manager, Regional Manager, Executive Director, Chairman and Managing Director, Chairman. But they do not even care to give response. They hesitate to come and witness the problem being faced by the passengers. I had requested them to invite the press media also while coming to our place to ascertain the facts of my submission. Some how they are afraid to witness the problem. They do not even ack. the complaints being submitted in their website.
