Myself Anusheel Srivastava and have strong complaint against Angel Promoter Pvt Ltd builders. I have a booked a 2 BHK flat of 1150 Sqft in Angel Jupiter in Indirapuram Ghaziabad in July 2011 by paying the 10% booking amount during that time the builder did not informed that there property is under dispute. We were very happy that finally after 3 years we will have our own house but as the days started passing and there was no request made by the builder for next amount to be deposited so i started following up with them from October 11 and everytime i make calls they always say that we have still not work due to rains or we will start our work after durga puja but they never put the right information that the project is under dispute and currently the case is in the court on the land on which the property is going to be build. Every 15 days from Oct 11 i kept on going to the site to meet them but they never spoke the truth and keep on saying we will start the work soon. One day when i was passing by the property in Feb 12 i saw a notice board which was posted by GDA that this land is under dispute and case is under court and any work will be treated as illegal and by seeing this i was in shock because it was already 7-8 months which was passed and even if i take my money back from the builder the prices of the other property were touching the sky and if i go to book another property now the prices has already shooted up by 400-500/sqft due to which i had to invest atleast 6-7 lac more or it is better to say that i had huge loss of atleast 7 lac. Finally i decided to talk to them and they said that after April 12 vereything will be sorted. One day i recieved a call from the builder to deposit 35% more money so i asked them whether the dispute is over so they said Yes and you need to deposit 35% more money apart from 10% which you have already paid. I said ok but i need to take the loan for this and i will be requiring the agreement, demand letter and other documents from your end so that i can reach out to bank to approve and disburse the amount as i will not be having so much money to give you right away so they started talking round and round so i cleary said that once you do the agreement and home loan is available then only i will pay this amount. Finally i thought i have already lost 1 year till date and nothing positive happened and already lost more than 15 lac due to appreciation of the property of other builders(if you want you can check the current price in Indirapuram is more than 4200/psft) so finally decided to quit from the project and take the amount back and thought builder will atleast have some respect and will pay me the interest atleast and i have apoken about this to them earlier but when the returned the check to me it was only the amount which i have paid to them.
I require your support and help and due to which i am reaching out to you to please help me in this case and please provide me justice and to get the penalty from the builder for hidding the the truth and due to which i have have a huge loss.
