[Resolved]  Anjali Arogya Niketan - Nursing Home — Negligence of nursing home

Dear Sir,
My daughter “Anjana -32 years was pregnent and her delevary date was 28th May 2010 as per doctor.
She had checked up on 28th may morning by the same doctor.
Doctor had advice to come for checkup on 30th may,2010.
But Anjana felt some uneasy at around 2.00 AM 29th May,2010. She had been admitted to a nursing home under the guidance of the same doctor at early morning 29th May.
Doctor had checked her and informed that baby is in normal condition and operation may be required at evening in the same day if any problem arise.

Doctor had conducted operation for delivery at 5.00PM 29th May,2010 and informed us that baby was dead before delivery.

How is the baby dead under observation in the nursing home and as well as the guidance of the same doctor.

But 29th May at Night Doctor says Baby was death before born.

On 30th May Doctor change Baby death certificate and he write in certificate baby death after 20 minute his born show reason cardio respiratory failure . This is wrong, due to on 29th May night he speak baby was born by death condition in present of four-five another people. He said that I was mistake. I am sorry.

This is totally the negligence of Doctor and nursing home .

How we can get justice ??
