[Resolved]  Ankush Capital — call avoidance and no information regarding my mother's policy

I , vanu shree kaintura , submitted money for my mother shobha insurance policy with lic.

The agent's name is TANVI VERMA, and the name of company is ANKUSH CAPITAL which is in sector 11, noida.

I was called by tanvi verma , who lied that she is calling from lic , and would i like policy. I told her to send an agent at my place.

I gave money for my mother's and my policy in january 2011 with documents.My policy has been registered and my mother's policy is stil la b.o.c number which is 12880.The policy has been registered with lic mayur vihar , which i got to know later.

They are not giving me any status to my mother's policy , and they do not pick my call , and when they do they do not answer and say they will give a call back which they never do.

My father expired in 11 october 2010 , and they are giving the reason that since my mother is a widow and does not work she can not have insurance and that's why she can not have policy. They told me one more bizare fact that since my father is not alive I would get my money in two installement.
My question is
1. Why does the lic thinks that a widow who does not work need no insurance, which is the right of every person.
2. Why does children of a man who has passed away , will be given money in two installement. we do not pay less than the children whose father is alive , do we.

I want justice as I have been harrased at this difficult time of my life , when iam trying to come in terms with the shock my life has given me , when my father expired.

I want justice from this supreme panel. I want the agent to be punished for lying , and for harrasing me.
