[Resolved]  Ansal Buildwell Ltd. — Poor quality house

I booked a floor E-099 with Ansal buildwell ltd. in 1999 with promise to be delivered in 2003 but firstly it was not handed over to me on time (handed to me in 2005)secondly i was charged penalty for late taking over possession of house because of change of address thirdly it was not as per desired look or quality, the workmanship was poor, single house has been constructed in a lane, the maintenance by Rigoss is poor.At the time of possession they told they will remove all defeciencies when I will shift to house but latter on they refused saying there is nothing in writing from project manager (which keep on changing from time to time).Anybody who wants to purchase a flat with Ansal buildwell can see my house as sample.
