[Resolved]  Antrorse Impex Pvt. ltd. — Fake and Fraud

Antrorse impex pvt ltd, is a legally registered company in Ministry of Corporate Affairs, but doing all illegal things, it is hiring fresher(B.E) students by taking 1 lac as security deposit, by offering 1,80,000 package, while joining they will tell that one month training will be given, during which they will pay 9000, but hardly they pay 7000 for starting few months (2 to 3 months). but there is no training at all. Later they are extending that training period to 6 months, and they will stop paying even that 7000 saying that you are not working properly there is no result of your work, such kind of silly reasons, this company do not have any senior person to guide and lead the project. When employees complain about this to H.R (Pallavi) and M.D (Indrajeet Awasthi), they just promise that soon they are hiring new senior guy, but whoever the new guys will come will be coming with fake experience, who will not be having even a kind knowledge of technology as compared to the freshers. After few days he will run away. Till today whatever the company offered in offer letter, none of them are fulfilled, the company people itself is not following any kind of its own rules and regulations. Also there is lot of Partiality among employees to create divide and conquer rule. So that they should not get caught easily. Till today even after asking for salary slips many times, they have not yet given any salary slip to any of the employee. Nowadays just to show off, M.D (Indrajeet Awasthi) and H.R (Pallavi) will be fighting with each other blaming the mistakes of each others only in front of employees.
