My gas consumer number is 2381 at Anushka Indane Gas Service Nerul. I want to request for gas cylinder as same is exhausted, however I am not getting any telephonic contact of Anushka Indane. Please send gas cylinder on following address

The agency supplying us gas is anushka agency, .
leakage problem in my Regulator, i complaint in agency but nobody come to solve the problem.New cylinder has leakage

I had booked my cylinder on 31st of October 2011 and till today i have not recieved the cylinder. Its pathetic that always when you dial them on 27715225 / 27722076 a recorded message is heard that the lines are not working. This is happening since the installation of the voice recorder on which we book the cylinder. What are for the staff being recruited there if they do not want to attend to customer complaints.
Whoever the distributor is you need to take strict action on these as you are in the customer service industry, you cannot work like this. In a world where we do not have time for ourselves we need to take out time for petty matters like this.

Anushka Indane service is pathetic and beyond what can be expressed in words. They don't deliver the cylinder in time, and can never contact them over phone, phone will keep ringing but never get any response. These people even deliver cylinder to somebody else while the delivery is updated against somebody else name. This has happened with me now. For last 1 month, I was not getting cylinder and also neither getting them over phone. Finally when I got them over phone after a month, I was told that cylinder is already delivered to me a big shock and surprise to me... Finally, the cylinder is delivered by asking me to get hold of delivery boy. so lesson is get hold of delivery boys and get your cylinder. I also found that these delivery boys deliver even without a receipt, i do not know how they manage all this on paper.. . There is something seriously wrong at Anushka. g. INDIAN OIL, BEWARE !!! PL INVESTIGATE AND CLOSE ANUSHKA DISTRIBUTORSHIP.

It is such a pain to get the cylinders from this agency. Any of my online requests are never even looked at. And when you call them, you never get through, its always busy! Even if you somehow get through after calling 1000 times, they ask you to open an online request. What did I do 2 months back????! And then they say it cannot be delivered on urgency. If you really push them, then they will ask you to pickup yourself in 2 days. But I need the cylinder today as I am out of gas, no consideration! And its the same thing every freaking month!

I am not sure if anyone is even looking at these complaints, but if you are pls fix it! OR Close the agency. Its highly frustating!
My consumer no is 12626. I had booked my cylinder in the first week of March 14 and till date 3rd April 14 I have not received the cylinder as home delivery. You are supposed to deliver the cylinder at home . This is happening from the last four months whenever I book for cylinder they do not deliver at home. I have to bring the cylinder from delivery boy who stands with the truck near the nerul (W) stn parking.

What are for the delivery staff being recruited there if they do not want to deliver the cylinder at home and what are for the staff who are taking care of all.

My cust ID is AI 6983. My experience with Anushka Indane has been very poor. Always we have been asked to come at Station and collect the gas. This is just not fair. Inspite of several complaints and request, no one cares. I do not understand why the gas should not be delivered at Home after so many days?? Am going to take it up with Indian Oil.
just do not use Anushka Indane services in Nerul. cylenNo customer service is given. Always being asked to come to the station to collect the cylinder. The people kept on the counter are absolutly not fit to sit there. They just give some idiotic replies on the phone. Please let me know who's the owner of these agency. I just wanna inform that person that more than 100 customers come there with there complaints but no response is given to them. If these continues, then I am sure that u r gonna loose your customers. Please replace the staff.

Going to replace my gas connection.
I have a same issue with Anushka Indane Gas Agency, Nerul.Really frustrated with their services.Past 7-8 months continuously they have been completely harassing and cheating us.They are not bothered about the customers.I had booked my gas on 20th July and till date I have not recd my gas cylinder.And Iam calling the Anushka Gas Agency daily past 20 days and just getting one reply that they will send the cylinder by tomorrow.But till date I have not recd the same.And don't know what the customer care dept is doing.I had called them and informed about the same and after 2-3 days they just gave me the dealers no. which was never reachable.If consumer forum can help people like us would be really be grateful.
For the last 3 months we are very fed up the service and monopoly of Anushka Gas Service, as they transfer my connection to kamothe, without any intimation to me

Anushka Gas Agency Nerul : Not supplying Gas cylinders on time

Have been contacting the phone numbers of Anushka Gas Agency, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, since 1 week, But none of them are attending the call, even if they attend they are very rude and asking us to wait for another 1 week without even taking our subscriber code. Really fed up as no support has been provided to their customers at all. Really disgusting and annoying.

Dont know where to complaint against this agency as they are not at all bothered about any of their customers.

Some one please take care of this on a serious note as the frustration of the people turns against the INDANE company and subsequently to the ruling government.

Some of the workers of Anushka Gas Agency are really good and understanding customer frustrations. However others they abruptly disconnect the customer lines while talking which is really annoying. When the sms received, it clearly says that the gas cylinder will be supplied within 8 days & the service provider has to ensure that it has to be supplied within the stipulated time limit. Otherwise do not give any commitment and do not send any confirmation via sms.

Need a strict action in place to avoid such customer complaints.
