We had enrolled for this gym in 2010 for a 10 year membership.
25 days back, we came to know that the gym is closed for maintenece for 10 days, We waited for that time and when we approached the gym again we were shocked to know that the gym is runaway from chandigarh and is locked permanently.
We have been trying to call a thousand time at the nos. given. Getting in touch at the call centre nos. is also not productive. Most nos. are not existing.
the no. of Dr. Ranjana mobile no. [protected], who was the dietician employed with Any Time Fitness, chandigarh centre, is responsive but she behaved in a very rude manner and twice kept the phone on hold for a long time.
We joined this centre because of its patron, Mr. Sunil Shetty, whom we were told is the owner of this gym.
We want to report abuse and harrassment and Fraud against Mr. Sunil Shetty Co owner of this gym.
We want an immidiate refund of our 10 year membership fees and hence this complaint.
