[Resolved]  AP RAJIV SWAGRUHA — NOT ALLOCATING THE HOUSE IN TIME

I purchased a House in AP RAJIVSWAGRUHA Corporation Nellore , the name of the Project is SUMAVALLI, its in Kottur of Nellore. I purrchased the house in 2009 , they promised me to give the house by 2010 August and till the construction is not over, they are not giving any kind of written or oral assurance when they will give the houses, we are forced to Pay the EMI in banks and Rentals for house as we still don't have a House . Please help us. The Management of RAJIV Swagruha Never Gives a Appointment to the Buyers.
