Dont ever boardt AP Tourisim volvo bussed to anywhere.Especially to SHIRIDI its waste of Money.
Every one will be escaping if you point out the diffect in bus,saying we are only employees.
They will not clean the bus nor wash the blankets.I had called up CRO office,where they had given one of the contact number who will never respond.

We have been on vacation trip from Hyderabad to Shiridi (vice/versa) on apdtc on Date 12th aug 2011 and return on 13th august 2011, we have booked volvo tickets aptdc Bus No-5706, we have been alocated Seats 31, 32 numbers our experience was horrible

1.During our travel there was heavy rain and the water was completely leaking from the windows.

2. The situation is more worsen when we felt that There was no AC from middle of the bus Its was only blower working

When the same was taken to notice of driver he just replied that this was unknown issues to him..It was really a horrible experience after paying 3000/- Rs...

3.They have provided us a stay with Green View, There was no telvision working and There is no hot water ... It was terible experience there was no proper service...


After all this I just want to APTDC to look at the issues but certainly it was horrible experience in my life after this I am afraid to choose aptdc for my future vacation plans...

I am working and do got get opportunity to go on a vacation, so I had been on a weekend to Shirdi with my brother by APDTC Volvo, and I had a very good experience.

My friends wanted to go to Shirdi and I planned to go by APTDC Volvo.
We started on Saturday evening (on 30/07/2011) by Volvo - APTDC, bus # 0076 and I am sorry to say it was a horrible experience.

My idea to travel by Volvo was that the bus leaves Hyderabad at 6.30 pm and reaches Shirdi at maximum 7.00 am, but if it was by Non-AC the bus would start at 5.00pm and reach at 7.30 or 8.00am also the departure from Shirdi would be 4.30pm only.Otherwise Volvo would start from Shirdi at 6.00pm. So travel by Volvo would provide us ample time to stay at Shirdi.

But we had the worst experience.The bus reached Shirdi at 9.30 am on Sunday(31/07/2011) and the bus driver acting too smart " we sometimes even arrive at 12.00 noon and the devotees have Baba darshan 2 times in the day, so be happy ul are much early"...
We are not going to Shirdi free of cost nor is the driver bearing our expense. we have paid Rs.1, 500 per head and the result is the driver giving us free suggestions and the irresponsible AP Tourism Management.

And on top of that, the hotel provided was horrible.. it was stinking.. the walls were wet including the ceiling.. we have not gone on a one day trip to Shirdi to rest.. we need to fresh up and hurry for Darshan.But the washrooms were horrible stinking, no buckets or mugs.. when asked for a bucket we were provided with the bucket which was used to the clean floor..

The bus driver had asked us to report by 5 pm but we were informed while booking tickets, that we should report by 6 pm for the departure from Shirdi..
There was no water in the hotel to fresh up in the evening the management replied that they have shut the water supply in order to proceed with the maintenance. I doubt doesn't the hotel management know that there are APTDC passengers ready to leave at 5pm..

It is a shame on AP Tourism to book such worst hotels and especially for those passengers who are traveling on the maximum rated ticket. (Rs.1, 500 Volvo)
I am from Bangalore and I had booked package trip from Hyderabad to SHIRIDI through AP Tourism.

My worst ever experience in my life.
To the Management of APTDC,
We took a rail cum road package (one day trip) to aruku on 7th oct 2012, offered by APTDC.
As we felt that APTDC is a prestigious tourism organization known for its safety and security, we took this package. However, unfortunately we observed a problematic situation with other co-passengers. We had travelled in BUS NO-2 which was provided by APTDC and at the time of returning to vizag, due to poor maintenance, BUS NO-1 got broken-down at BURRA CAVES. Junior guide of BUS NO-2 shifted few of passengers of BUS N0-1 into BUS NO-2 without intimating the passengers and when particular group of girls who were travelling in BUSno-2 got on to the bus and sat in there respective seats, that junior guide had insisted and made them to get down from the bus without explaining them the situation and had asked to take up cab without asking their permission and knowing their opinions. Although some gentleman who travelled in BUS NO-1 offered themselves for adjustment into cab, intentionally the junior guide tried to offer cab to those girls and allocated those seats to other people. When those girls protested against it, guide harshly told them to adjust in driver’s cabin. His behavior was rude and commanding. After a long struggle those girls got their seats back. As this trip was offered APTDC, special care and first priority to be given for ladies, girls and kids when situation get worse like bus break down. The main reason parents, students opt APTDC to spend their holiday. But I did not find any those kind of responsibilities take by either guide nor drivers. If so, what is the use of opting Govt. tourism packages? In public view, tourisms offered by Govt are much concerned with safety and security and that is the main reason, public trust in it. I request you to take necessary action so that the situation happened with those girls would not continue with other passengers in future. Especially with ladies and girls.
We observed the following Issues:
1.No Proper hospitality offered.
2. Reclklence behavior towards ladies.
3. Insistence on women without even intimation.
4.No priority to ladies and even no proper security .
5.Reserved seats are allocated to other persons without their permission.
6. Very poor maintenance of buses.
We took up APTDC package as we trust a lot. but, if security itself becomes a big Question, then what is the way out? Hope you would kindly consider the problem and take necessary action in order to avoid repetition of problem in future.
If you want responce and customer care please dont preffer Government APTDC busses and hotels. They said they are employees and they dont given service and especially there customer care centers.. ha ha ha..
now a days APTDC people are doing fraud like(if you book the room through online you will get the discount 15-35%, and that will be credited into your account. but no body will get the discount and no body will complaint on this.)
APTDC people: please dont do this type of cheatings... customers will suffer...

Mr. Vara Prasad (Mobile No. [protected]). He is an agent for APTDC in Shirdi. I just went to this guy to book tickets back to Hyderabad because he is an Telugu guy. He feels like the complete APTDC as his own and the employees are support him. He is an arrogant and waste fellow. Reclklence behavior toward the people who come for ticket booking. He does not know how to speak to people and I never seen a person like him. When asked him to give my booking confirmation to get into bus, his answer was I see how you get into this bus without my acceptance and say like you have other number of service you can use them. I was looking some support from the Employees of APTDC, but they are really not bothered about what happening. They just want their salary to be credited into their Bank Account on 1st of every month. Employees, Booking Agents are the both one and the same. No manners, they don’t know how to give service. If APTDC is not bothered about the Customers service, please remove the APTDC Name from the Buses and put **** Service, so that the people never try their service. APTDC is really serious in term of developing their Service they should see into this matter in a serious way and clean all this .

Final Word :
• People like Vara Prasad are damaging the image of Telugu people in holy places.
• DONT EVER TRY FOR ANY TRIP USING APTDC. Try other service minimum we will get some good service

I booked for Bhadrachalam weekend trip on 25 April 2014 thru APTDC AP 29V 1059 and our experience was horrible On the way to Bhadrachalam there was no AC from middle of the journey only blower working, at last we reach our destination and they promised they vl changed the bus but they didn't changed the bus we all came in EXPRESS bus while returning.

After all this I just want to APTDC to look at the issues but certainly it was horrible experience in my life after this I am afraid to choose aptdc for my future vacation plans
Worst service and maintenance. Staff is not keeping even soaps and freshners even after reminders.
Looks like they are saving money personally. Public toilets are much betttter. See the picture. Room no 204. BhadrachalamBhadrachalam. AP Tourism guest house.

NEVER BOOK IN APDTC. I have booked 2 tickets to Thirupathi Darshan on 25th July 2014 from Bangalore. The pickup point given was Marathahally. The bus was Mercedes but it was very DIRTY and full of BED BUGS. We are provided with one GUIDE, Mr. Vishnu, but in practice he was behaving like COMMANDER and only orders. At Thirupathi, he insisted that to not to go for buying any additional Laddus so as to save time in travelling back and the bus will not wait for them. But later on we learned that it was his trick to buy it from him costing more than double rate. For 20 Laddus he charged initially Rs1000/- and then another Rs150/-. This is really cheating the customers who has no option left with. We were supposed to reach Bangalore by 1000Pm, as per the instruction while booking. Where as they brought us back in a hurry and we reached here by 7:30pm. Then came the worst information that they will not drop you back at the pickup point. Think of the situation where we have some children and old people with us? Being a Govt. provided service it never expected... My Sincere advice, NEVER EVER book in APDTC.

Do not go for any APTDC hotels or bus service

we went to Araku n Vizag from CCU with kids and the experience was really very bad...We stayed in Haritha Mayuri and Food, service everything was pathetic We stayed there in July 2018, There was no lift in the four story hotel, they dont have proper cooking staff and serve you 4/5 days old/stale food. full waste of money n time

We booked a complete bus package including lunch in Vizag
The tour was good but the food they provided was like hell, the people dont care about the guests at all and at last afterpathetic service they keep asking for tips
