FIRST THE SERVICE ENGINEER WAS TESTED THE PC AND TELLING THE MOTHER BOARD WAS NOT WORKING AND HE TAKE THE MOTHER BOARD TO HIS OFFICE AND TAKING 10 DAYS TO RECTIFIFY THE FAULT AND AGAIN ANOTHER SERVICE ENGINEER ( SURESH BHIMAVARAM)WAS FIXING THAT ALREADY NOT WORKING MOTHER BOARD AND AGAIN TESTED THE MOTHER BOARD AT OUR PREMISES AND HE TOLD THAT MOTHER BOARD WAS WORKING PROPERLY BUT THE SMPS WAS NOT WORKING AND HE TAKE AWAY THE MOTHER BOARD AND SMPS(SURESH, ELURU) ON STILL THE PORBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED.IN THIS CONNECTION THE HCL COMPANY WAS NOT RESPONDING SUCH IMMEDIATELY ABOUT THE PC PROBLEMS AND CAUSING THE MANY PROBLEMS TO COSTUMER.IN THIS REGARDIT IS OBSERVED THAT THE NEGLIGENCIES OF HCL COMPANY IS EFFECTED THE CSTUMER BEING CAUSING THE MANY PROBLEMS.THE SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE NOT WELL KNOWN EXPERIENCED PERSONS TO CAUSE MNY PROBLEMS.
