[Resolved]  apercus technology pvt ltd — illegal hiring

I am launching this complaint in order to protect other innocent job seeking mba graduates falling prey to this company.
The manager of Apercus Technologies Pvt limited first takes an interveiw and promises to pay 5000 for first three months and 3 lac per annum after that .
When i joined this company in March I thought its a good opportunity for me as a fresher and the job profile offered of analyst was also attractive for me. So I joined the one room company and worked from 10 am in the morning till 8 pm in nights. From the first day itself I kept asking the manager for my joining letter and he kept postponding the same.I was hired as a financial analyst but the work given to me was totally copy paste.When I complaint on this the manager said you will soon be getting finance work but first complete all this work diligently (and that 'soon' never came).
When it was only 5-6 days left for my first month to be completed the manager called me and said to leave . when i asked for reasons , he just said your performance is not up to the level . I was shocked ...I have worked 10 hrs every day doing the copy pasting thing in the hope of getting financial research related work..and now at the end of month when I have done almost whole of their copy pasting work they sacked me. I could not even ask for the salary as they had not given a single paper to show as a proof of joining date.
Later on....I came to know that this company manager have done this thing to several other job seeking mba freshers .By making them work for a month or two and not giving them any joining letter so that they could not even demand for the salary for the days they have worked in the company.
Youngters also easily get into the trap in hope of getting 3 lac after 3 months.
