Appco Reliance Digital TV — Connection Issue

Dear Sir,

My Name is P.VIJAYA MOHAN and I stay at H.No 3-49/121/1, Ananda Rao Nagar, Old Alwal, Secunderabad -10. On 12/03/2011 two sales rep named as Ravi Sankar.G with id code as HYBTO85-00716 from APPCO MARKETING ( INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED have approached us regarding the connection of Realaince Digital TV and they collected Rs. 1490 + 30 cash against connection and DD charges respectively and they gave us the work order and told us that the company engineer will contact us within 5 day for the install. however till date installation is carried out.

We have contacted the concern purpose several person including the marketing manger Arjun with phone no. [protected] and the sales representative Ravi Shankar with phone no. [protected], [protected] and we also contacted the head office at pune. initially they picked the called but as of now they are not even answering the phone calls.
