Iam K.V.R.MURTY,from Bhubaneswar.I had purchased Aqua sure platinum UV water purifier on date 03/12/2009. they installed the purifier on 5th december. after 4-5 days it was not working properly.from that day we have complained to the service centre.After 2 days it worked normally.the nextday mechanic came and tested.he said that it is ok. after sometime the machine stopped working.again i called the mechanic but he said that he will come on monday.after sometime the machine worked properly.on monday the mechanic didn't came.From 22nd december the machine didn't work properly.From that day I am giving regularly giving complaint they are not responding.I kindly request you please
return my money.If you will not take any action within 3 days, I must take immediate legal action. Was this information helpful? |
I am K.V.R Murty from Bhubaneswar. I purchased an Aqua sure platinum
water purifier on 3rd December 2009. The machine worked for five days
after installation. Then it stopped working. After complaining to the
service centre they send a mechanic who don't know anything about the
machine.He simply said that the purifier was alright. But within 4-5
days it again stopped working. When I call the service centre, they
simply disconnect the call.
It is very very shame for me being the customer of such a reputed
organisation who establish its fame through out the world. Moreover your
franchise office gives complaint number over phone are not traceable in
complaint register of the branch. When, what time, who is attending the
telephone calls are not known to complainer.
At last, considering the above facts, it is requested to your
organisation to sort out the problem immediately within 3-4 days, if
required by replacing the new one without any charge or refund my money back to keep good business relationship/reputation of the organisation. Otherwise there
are many more ways to deal the matter.
