Absolutely right. It was my bad luck that I landed up in this company. Trying hard to get out of this company. This is the worst private company that I have joined in my 9 years professional career. AR Insight is highly unethical and highly dishonest employer. Since the time I have joined, I have not received my salary on time. It's always delayed by 20-25 days. There are some senior employees whose salaries are due for 3-4 months. Those who join this company their life will be screwed. They want people to work like machines. If you take a 1 hour lunch break then they raise questions and ask not to take such long breaks. If employees quit the company, the owners don't clear their salaries. The owners Pravin and Priyanka are highly unreliable and unethical people. If you join the company, then forget your happiness and your personal life. The owners will make a person their SLAVE after joining AR INSIGHT. If you try to protest they will hold your salaries and delay it knowingly.

The same very AR Insight has proved to be a fantastic grooming ground for me, where working hard for 4 peak months and relaxed 8 months helped me double my earnings in 3.5 years. From an obscure subordinate at my previous employer, I was invested in to become a functional head, build my team, pick up new managerial skills while honing my creative talent manifold. At the time of family medical emergency, coinciding with peak season, company made alternate arrangements to attend the client work and extended help by releasing salary advances. One of the previous comment by an associate on this page stands indigestible. Apparently, the same very associate was thoroughly unethical in misleading few clients in Hyderabad and Cochi about his continued association, even after he has severed it. The company did not take any action and left it to the conscience of the very associate. The fact that a small-sized company of about 15-20 employees has seen about 10 people serving 8+ years stint tells some other story. At the time of joining, sensitisation on work pressure, soft benefits and salary date were all informed to me and the fact that I accepted those challenges of work pressure and delivered on them has led to handsome gains to me. Those dreaming of fat easy pay checks while staying put on addressing challenged family pressures would find it difficult to praise this or any other customer-committed company. If you are looking at sarkari working of 40-hour workweek, those times or companies do not exist in this age and time, neither in India nor elsewhere in the developed world. Competition is very high in the marketplace, and AR Insight is right up to this challenge. So if you want to learn how to perform while being kept on the edge all the time, this is one of the few places to be at.
