Now i am also facing the same problem with ARASPVPV - madurai.
I booked the vehicle Tata Manza (Bill No - 4340) and as per the commitment they are not able to deliver the vehicle within 15 working days. So i canceled the order and booked the vehicle on Sakthiautomotors - ABT Madurai and they deliver the vehicle within 15 days exactly
So think twice before paying the amount.

ARASPVPV — Booking Amount not refunded
Dear Sir,I have paid Rs. 5000 as a booking amount thorugh Cheque for Tata Sumo in the month of march 2010. Later I decided (means not able to get the finance / not able to arrange the 20% money from my friends) to cancel the booking. They also confirmed that they are cancelling the booking and the booking amount will be refunded in 20 days. Since then I have been continuously following it up with Mails / Phone calls from Delhi. Till today, I have not received my money back.
So I would request you to kindly intervene and get the money back from this dealer.
