I have a gas connection from Arjun Gas Agency, Naranpura, Ahmedabad. The connection was taken by me in August 2011. On[protected], I registered a complaint regarding regulator leakage at 11.44 am. Despite the norms that the complaint must be attended within two hours, the personnel came at 2.45 pm. Not only that but he took Rs. 40 as the service charge and issued a receipt. Later on , when I read the receipt carefully , it was mwntioned that no charges should be paid for regulator or leakage complaints. The service personnel was also very rude and arrogant. The Owners have also not given any contact number or e-mail id where we could address our grievance.
It would be a great help is some customer care numbers be provided for such complaints. Was this information helpful? |
