[Resolved]  Arn Globus Business Park And Cosmic Corporate Park Joint Fraud — arn

arn is having a project globus business park at Plot No.:10, Tech Zone, Yamuna Expressway and two years back they sold shops in gallaria mall and residential units in residency for this plot no 10 ,,

but now from last two years they are having money of people and not making property and when saw plot site now there is another company name cosmic group project name COSMIC CORPORATE PARK

, earlier their was board of globus business park but now in place of making this project arn is making fool to his existing customers and trying to sell this project by another name or may be by the help of another company , but how they can sale one property two time if we see cosmic group website www.cosmicindia.in they are showing same pictures which was used by globus business park and their retail layout for shops are same shown in gallaria mall shops by arn group,

this is a big fraud and government has to see this to stop another fraud by this company arn ,and also check their another company amr just adjoin plot no. 9 with this plot on which they made a sample flat and at the time of selling arn globus residency and gallaria mall they shown amr site work and sample flat and this group also making consutration very late ,

now arn are trying to make fool people again with the help of new name and new company cosmic which is now acting as owner of plot number 10 but how they can sale shops and residential flat which is all ready sold by name of globus business park two years back

we all have to come in unity to raise our voice for this fraud of arn group
