I would strongly want to register a complaint against "ARN Infrastructures India Ltd", who have been fooling around people for last three years. This group has been splited into various other branches. They are now running with the name of Earth, Imperia, Globus, Cosmic and AMR. They all are branches of the same root. They have divided their assets and liabilities. However no one is ready to refund the customer's money back. They initiated a project with the name of "Globus Residency" with an aim to dissolve their project and run away with people's hard earned money. We have been chasing them for our refund for last couple of months, however it seems they are not intending to return. Also, some cases I am aware of where the cheques have been issued in the name of customer, but they bounced back. They have their account in PNB, Bank Street, Karol Bagh. I guess no action has been taken against them so far. I strongly recommend to all who have invested money in their "Globus Residency" project or any other project, please join hands and together approach them or file a case against them collectively to get our hard earned money back with Interest. I also concur.there is one forum of ARN Investor Association who have filed a suit against ARN but no progress has been reported so far.V K Jain

My father has also invested in Globus and ARN infrastructure. All the payment was done via Cheque and we have all the records. Now they are not returning our money back and have been making us come to their office again and again for the past 1+ years. We are also going to file a FIR with police for this matter along with court case for this.
This is a clear case of fraudelence. I am contacting Major Y.K Ahluwalia who seem to have already filed a case for this matter.

iIs there anyone who bought a Office in Globus IT park. While buying we were promised that it will go on rent with in a year and the project completed 3 yr back and it seem like the ARN is not interested in putting as they no longer care as the money invested is from the small inventors.
It slowly slowly wearing off as I saw duinrg my last visit.

They were suppose to put it on rent and since almost 4 yrs yrs no progress. Even in front of the property they were suppose to make a shopping complex as original plan but they later changed the plan.
