[Resolved]  Artdinox Dinner Set — Double order placed due to miscommunication

Dear madam/Sir,
I had booked for the above mentioned item for the amount of Rs 5698 on 9th June 2009. my booking ID was [protected].
on 10th june 2009, i got a call from Mr Faiz saying that my order was not valid due to some technical error and i would have to book again and make the payment. so i made the payment again. my new booking ID was [protected]. then Mr Faiz tells me that my previous order was also confirmed and there was some miscommunication.
i do not want 2 sets. i need only one dinner set.
please look into the matter and do the needful. also please try to find a way to rule out the miscommunication among your staff members.
i would like to receive the dinner set in one piece, please take care that it is packed properly so that no breakage occurs.
