[Resolved]  Artech Infosystems Private Ltd — Provident Fund and Form 16

Hi,

I have worked in Artech Infosystems Pvt. Ltd, and I have Left the organisation.

Artech has cut PF amount from my salary.

Still after 5 Months of leaving the company, PF account number is not inform to me.

As per Artech instructions, I have already submitted the PF Claim Forms to artech.

Neither I have received the PF amount and any status regarding that.

I request you to please inform the status of my PF amount in my email id

In addition I want Form 16 from artech, to show income from previous employer in my current company.

It's a fraud company.Never believe consulting companies.Even I faced the same problem with Artech infosystems.I worked there for 10months.They didn't provide Form-16 to me either.I sent them a mail almost 7 to 8times but they didn't respond to my mails and when I tried to call them nobody has responded to calls...
Can somebody help me out on this?

Then why have they deducted TDS if they do not seem to issue a Form-16. They must be taken to court for not complying
