[Resolved] Artech Infosystems Private Ltd — Provident Fund and Form 16 | |
Hi, I have worked in Artech Infosystems Pvt. Ltd, and I have Left the organisation. Artech has cut PF amount from my salary. Still after 5 Months of leaving the company, PF account number is not inform to me. As per Artech instructions, I have already submitted the PF Claim Forms to artech. Neither I have received the PF amount and any status regarding that. I request you to please inform the status of my PF amount in my email id (vishal.[protected]@gmail.com) In addition I want Form 16 from artech, to show income from previous employer in my current company. Then why have they deducted TDS if they do not seem to issue a Form-16. They must be taken to court for not complying
