Dear All,
Ashar Group -- a popular builder in Thane has couple of projects. We are having a bad experience and facing a tough time getting any work done from the builder.
We are holding a residential flat and an office at Ashar Enclave at Kholshet Road Thane. The property is hardly 3 years old and the flat is having leakage in common and master bathroom. The basement parking is leaking.
In case of office the builder has not even provided basic amenities like a notice board or office holder names at the entrance. The offices are leaking from rain water and ceilings are worst. Imagine that you have an office and you cant operate the AC.
We are completely at the mercy of the builder and repeated request has resulted in no action. Since we are having interest in both the residential and commerical property we know what it means dealing with a builder.
Ajay Ashar -- owner of the Ashar Group -- is ALWAYS not available and the point of contact "Seema" madam would either not pick up the call or would have all the excuses in the world.
In this forum we wish highlight to all the readers of being beware before buying any property from this group.

I am looking for a property in Thane near Kolshet Road. One of the agents have shown me a 3 BHK flat in Ashar Enclave. I have liked the property. This post of your is an eye opener for me. Can you please give me some feedback with regards to whether these problems have been resolved or are they still existing. Also if there are any other issues related to this property please highlight.
