Respected Sir,A complaint was filed with the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd Bikaner (Rajasthan) on line registered under No.89214 Dated16/05/2010 ,No. C[protected] Dated 22/05/2010 & No.90812 Dated 14/06/2010 informing that their agents M/S Ashi E.C. Gas Service Padam Pur had been demanding a sum of Rs 4500/- for each of the two Single Barrel Connections Proposed to be installed at the residences of Shri Devinderpal Singh & Sh. Inderjit Singh (both real brothers) Village 2 BBA PO. 32 BB (District Sriganganagar)Rajasthan against actual charges of approximately Rs.1350/- per connection which includes for Security of One Cyllinder+ security for regulator + charges for Ist filling and inspection charges etc. BPL has advised us on the basis of some reply (which may have been tendered by the agency)that the area does not come under their jurisdiction as such we should contact for connections at Raisinghnanagar.This reply is totally baseless as all the about 100 connections running in our village were installed by the Padampur agency and till date they are giving replacements by their own arrangement.Therefore it is not practically feasible to get connection from the agency at Raisinghnagar.They also did not agree for that.It is therefore requested that the matter may kindly investigated and we may be given justice by providing the two Single barrel connections on corporations genuine terms & conditions.Devinderpal Singh & Inderjit Singh, Village 2BBA, P.O. 32 BB District Sriganganagar, Rajasthan Was this information helpful? |
