Ashiana Le Residency is located in Golf Links, NH-24, Ghaziabad is ready for possession. The loan was arranged by builder through various banks. On avearge loan sanction took about 2-3 months by these banks and builder/ builder's employee repeatedly promised the purchaser they will not be charged by any additional interest. Even they had promised that the apartments will be ready by June 2011 whereas the actual possession letter was sent in april. Builder now wants an additional 75 thousand to 1 lakh 50 thousant based on flat types. No one has a say as builder now denies that he had ever promised of giving the possession in june 2011.
