[Resolved]  ashika stock broking ltd — excess brokerage charged, and not ready to refund

i had a account in ashika stock broking ltd
in options i was charged at 2.25% brokreage for turnover on both sides
which i was agreed
but suddenly from 16th oct to 23rd oct they charged me blindly asmore as 15% brokerage
when i noticed i contacted to my sub broker mr jagdish mukhiya
he told me they have charged by mistake and it will be refunded.
but they are not refunding the amount almost 4 months now
customer service of ashika ms annu is not replying to my mails
they are not even bothered to reply my mails
tatal excess brokerage charged is as below

i dont think this is a standard company they want to charge blindly and they dont want to refund
