I am also facing same problem, 1st of all no body is picking up phone, my lone is already approved and I am paying EMI's to bank.

I completly agree with the above mentioned problems. I too have faced similar problems. I have book the new chevy cruze on the 31st of oct & the delivery time was 4-5 weeks. Today its the 9th december & there is still no news with regards to the delivery date.
I had spoken to:
Parikshit: Who in first wont pick up calls but to my suprise also happened to call me back, after that day he is on a leave.
Siddesh Marathe: The manager...i had spoken to him on the 24th of november for which he promised to deliver the card before the 10th of dec. Like i said...today is the 9th & to my badluck or their poor service Mr.Marathe refuses to pick up my call.
Overall its been more then 5 weeks & i have no clue when my car is going to be delivered.

Even I agree, I have booked an Chevy Beat on 12th Jul 2010 from goregaon (Ashtavinayak), with full payment. I was promised to get car delivery on 22 july, as the processing takes 8 days after full payment.
But on 22nd july i was informed by the sales person that car delivery will be delayed by couple of days, as the vehicle is in there godown. Due to rain the vehicle is not availble in showroom and hence the registration process would take time.
My request to the dealers is don't give any false commitments to the consumers. if you are not sure about the delivery.

BAD SERVICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF NEW BEAT FROM ASHTAVINAYAK.I have booked a Chevy Beat on 06th Jul 2010 from Goregaon (Ashtavinayak) by paying the booking amount of 15000/-, I was told that car would be delivered on 15th after payment of Final amount. Hence on 12th I made the full payment. And I was told that car was in PUNE it would take 8 days for the car to come in showroom along with the registration of the vehicle. I was given a date 20th July for the delivery. When I went on 17th for finalizing the accessories for the car I was told the car would be delivered on 22nd July 2010 as car was still in PUNE plant.
But on 22nd july i got a call the sales person(Richard) that car delivery will be delayed by couple of days, as the vehicle is in there godown. Due to rain the vehicle is still not came in showroom and even the registration process would take time. And I was given new date of delivery 27th July

ASHTAVINAYAK AUTO GOREGAON — POOR CAR CHEVROLET BEAT
I HAD PURCHASE NEW CAR CHEVEROLET BEAT FROM ASHTAVINAYAK SHOWROOM.MUMBAI GOREGAON. FEB-2010.ITS HARDLY BEEN 7-8 MONTHS AND MY PARTS HAVE ALREADY WORN OUT PLUS THE GEAR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
TWICE ITS BEEN SERVICED .SERVICING IS ALSO VERY POOR.
AVERAGE OF THE CAR IS NOT EVEN 9.ITS LESS THAN 9 WHICH IS VERY COSTLY.

Absolutely right, this dealer do not honour customer at all. Sales Team is very bad.
ya.. i gree.. the worst dealer ever.. no customer satisfaction.. they have charged us extra money for registration. n we got our car registered after more than a month.. WORST DEALER.. i wud never suggest ne1 to get a car from this dealer..
10/9/2014 Subject: My Chevrolet UVA was on two occasions went for paid services at Ashtavinayak Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon West. First time I had to pay a huge sum for no service done to my car and petrol fuel pump was intentionally replaced by them with non functional one. I had no option but to again spend for the same. But I made it from outside. Second time again I had the bad luck, I went only for service, but this time they also forced me to pay huge sum in the name of some vital parts, they even told me if not replaced, I may invite danger to my life. I paid the huge sum again to receive my car not even washed properly, not to name any service, but this time one of the four injectors was showing malfunction. Interestingly, the bill shows cleaning and service of all the injectors. When I reported the same, One person visited my residence and reported that one injector is not functioning properly. How can they charge for the service of the same parts declare it OK and then the same parts is found damaged. Not a meter Car had moved in proper way after the service. It is my sincere request to the top management of Chevrolet India to look into the matter with serious concerns as it appears that these persons are indulging into replacement of good working parts with faulty one for their own benefit. I suggest not to visit these centres for any paid services. From my past experiences I have got far better services and respect from roadside local garages run by illiterate personals. It is a matter o[censored]tmost shame and disgrace to the reputation of the company which is amongst the worldÂs leading brands.
I too faced same issue at Ashtavinayak Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon West, the engineer did not informed me that the issue is not resolved, also
my Sail received significant scratch ath LHS during service, which engineer did not informed me..
what a filthy service centre.
Please inspect your car throughly internally and externally after service, dont trust on service...
