Dear Friends, My name is Rajesh. I am an electronics and communications engineer with 7 years of experience. I saw an advertisement of ASIA POWER [FRAUD AGENCY] in Times of India about a "Free Recruitment" to Saudi for engineers. I attended the interview and got selected. They said that Salary will be Rs. 60000 / PM with free accomodation and food. They asked for my original passport which I gave in all the trust. After recievign the passport This started playing with my life. They said the offer and passport will be given only if I pay Rs. 80000 in cash. I argued that you said the entire recruitment is free. Then they threatend me by saying that the passport will be given only if I pay. One lady called Vidya was interacting with me. By borrowing money from my friends and payed Rs. 80000 that too this fraud agency DO NOT GIVE ANY BILL or Voucher for your payments. [this money blade company ASIA Power did not even reduce 100 rupees inspite of I crying about my situation]. Vidya told that she will call back to me once the job is confirmed. I am waiting from past 3.5 months after paying the money. When ever I Call, she shouts at me yelling that "I will call you back". Who will pay the money. Can any body take some action please. THEY ARE CHEATING THE PEOPLE AND GOVERNMENT. How can they collect huge amount of money without any bill to the payer. Why such agencies are not being raided. This is the most fraudelent agency in India. They are sucking the money from candidates and cheat them.
They do not given even bills. Is there no IT Officers to raid this office. People are cheated in India and no government to support the common man.
I feel that even government officials are involved in this Crores together Scams.

Never trust Pandey who will cheat you to death. For your cash payments, there is no voucher even.

passport — Cheated by agent
This is satish, My query is - In the Year 2005 one of the agent cheated me by saying that he will send to Dubai. I trused him. He took my passport. In one of the page, there is an Rubber stamp seal. After an month i week i came to know that he cheated me. I gave a complaint on him. I dont have the complaint copy with me....Then the matter was solved. I left the passport as it is.Now i am working in private company, here i got an offer to travel abroad. I want to know whether my passport is valid to travel.
Kindly let me know what i have to do in this situation.....
