Asklaila portal website — irrelevant leads and poor performance

Dear Sir

my name is Deepak and one of partner in "Deccan Media Technologies" which head quartered at hyderabad.

i had paid a ammount of Rs.14,890/- towards Askalaila web site by taking a contract of 1 year bussiness promotion and 150 guaranted leads in 1 year on 12th december,2009.

i put my company uinder category of biometric products and gps tacking systems only, but upto now i recieve 6 leads on cctv and 1 lead on biometric

when i ask about these issue , the service dept is not responjding in a rigth way.
at the time of contract sigining, excutive MR.rahul nair said as per ratting on these categoty i am going to get 4 number of leads per day with 1:1 ratio but from last 3 months i recive 3 irrelevant leads and from last 3 days i receive 3 irrelevantr leads


please help me so that they can get back my ammount.
