hi my name is ravikumar from hyderabad.

we are the students of PVPSIT college from vijayawada passed outs of MCA2009. the complaint is assurgent technology solutions company based on kokatta have collected 1,00,000(one lakh rupees) from us as a security deposit from us the bond is they will refund the money after 1year of our exp. and we have all the documents..after the gave training on .NET technologies for 3months we got the news from others that this company is going to close.. and immidiatle we reacted and we demanded security deposit fom company. and companys CEO promised us they will return the money and he gave a cheque and we processed that cheque that has been bounced.. in this regard police complaint is also there..but they are not taking any action.. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND PROOFS.. WAT I HAVE TO DO..PLEASE LET ME KNOW.. my mail id is ravikumar.[protected]@gmail.com

Hi ravikumar I am also the victim of Assurgent, Iam a 2009 passout from srivasavi engineering college west godavari, I have paid 1 lakh rupees, to that company, and then it is closed .after that I did not got any information about that, if you got any information plz let me know,

Hi subrahmanyam this is srinivas(Vasavi Engg Faculty joined in assurgent). one day phani mailed me that CBI enquiry is going on the assurgent, we have to submit the following documents

Bond Papers
one lack check given to them
check given in return to you
the bank given statement that the check account has been frozen
any other proofs that you have againest the Assurgent Technologies
at
