ASU AGENCY, KANDIVALI, MUMBAI — gas pipe also take while surrendering sylinder and regulator

I have shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore. I surrendered my cylinder and regulator for further transfer of connection from Mumbai to Bangalore. But while surrendering cylinder and regulator they have taken gas pipe saying that the gas pipe is also company property. Later on I came to know that I have to pay extra charges in Banglore for gas pipe as Asu Agency person should not take gas pipe alongwith cylinder and regulator.
