[Resolved]  Atlantic Overseas Recruitment — Cheating on the name of Work Permit

Hello Sir / Madam,

I want to lodge a complaint against 2 people named Vikas Mhambrey & Susan Malana for cheating 3 people (Nikul Chauhan, Manoj Pillai and myself Amit Gadhvi) on the name of Work permit by taking 3.20 Lakh INR in total from us in the year May 2009. We were been assured by Vikas for a job in Hotel Best Western, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CA. As per his instruction we had deposited the money in Vikas's account via his nephew Jignesh Patel who is a good friend of mine. After a long span of 2 years and fake promises we decided not to proceed ahead in that direction. Since the day we have asked for the refund, we are just been given dates as earlier and since last 1.5 months they have stopped completely replying to our emails. Vikas stopped calling us since November 2010 with a reason that he is engaged in some Eco Friendly Project in Washington which is completely a fake reason. MOREOVER, THIS GUY HAS APPLIED FOR A PERMANENT RESIDENCY. I request you not to help this guy in getting a citizenship cause he is a big time cheater. I request you people to help me in this case asap cause we are paying high rate of interest for the money we have paid to these guys in a hope of bright future. Talking about Susan Malana, she calls herself as a Director of Human Resource for a firm named Atlantic Overseas Recruitment. She is equally involved with Vikas. She has given us fakes promises like anything. When we asked for her numbers so that we can talk to her, she denied with some or the other reason. Its our humble request to you to help us in getting our money back. We have also come to know that we are not the only one who are being cheated, there are also many people who are promised the same what we were. Vikas is basically from Mumbai, India.
