Just to add one more thing they don't pay for the candidate for the visit to door to door selling and don't even ask you whether you need time to have lunch or snacks. This is a real company.

while just as yu said about the aum organisation...i am little bit worried & scared about my future bcause i had newly appointed as a management trainee in this company...they told me to give 15000 per month... as it fake...or can they give in time...pls told me...

hey i recently received an interview call from aum but now i doubt if the co is fake!!!

well people m a student doing an mba...i have worked with this company for one month and then i left for some other reasons...saying the company is fraud and all is very wrong...this company gives you a platform to become a big player in a very short interval of time...if you go through the websites of these companies the managing directors are all young...they also joined the company as a management trainee only and did the same job...
they stayed performed and hence got rewarded...now they are recruiting and giving you the chance to become like them...there is no doubt that you need to work like a salesman...but if you cross that level there is no stopping after that...
it gives you the chance to become a real leader...hard work is there..but superfast growth is also there...posting these kind of forums is not right...you should not misguide people like this...who knows they can be a managing director within an year or two...
