[Resolved]  avamerchandising — www.avamerchandising.com/sodexo offers is not opening

I placed order to avamerchandising "order No[protected]" dated 2-feb-2008 and got the order confirmation on 5-feb-2008 saying that order will be delivered with in 21 working days amount also debited from my creditcard, But when I called to customer care for the status of the order this product is not yet dispatched, even after one and half month. Whenever I am asking the status their answer is like this only these people are not even clear when they dispatch the product and not even creating complaint for my problem. I am sending mails since last 7 days daily but these people not replying on that also, Now I feel fraud happened to me and this company is not reliable. Now I want this money immediately with 3% interest PM as they charged my creditcard.

And i pay for watch 1900/- rupees.

i purchese watch before few day but that watch gold polish is very dull in one time use only.
so now what will i do ?

avamerchandising — Not received my Order # 160063363

I have placed order for Louis quartz watch on January 21st, 2008 and my Order #[protected]. When I booked my order, they have promised me to deliver the product with in 21 working days. Today is 29th of April, 08th and I have not received my order. Whenever I try to contact them they give false commitments and give me false excuses.

When I am asking to refund the money they are saying – “Not possible to refund the money. You have to wait for the product”.

Please help me and provide me a solution.

I have not had a chance o[censored]sing the same His & Hers watch yet which I bought on a Deccan flt from Delhi to Ghy Flt No 619 on 19.04.08 as the gents watch is not even working. I went for a cell replacement but was told that the machine is out of order and that it is a very cheap quality Chinese product (he laughed at me when I told that I had bidded and won it on a flt). I failed to get a response to my e-mails to the company and finally have registered a complaint today with an assurance that it will be replaced within a week. Let's hope for the best!

I placed order to avamerchandising "order No[protected]" dated 19-July-2008 and got the order confirmation on 19-july-2008 saying that order will be delivered with in 21 working days amount also debited from my creditcard (SCB), But when I called to customer care for the status of the order this product is not yet dispatched, even after one month. When enquired with the customer care, they are not aware when if was dispatched. Request you to check and advice when the product will be delivered and advice provide the procedure of cancellation.

Hi I have also been calling up and sending mails to confirm delivery of my product confirmation no #[protected]. The product was ordered on 26 days back. The telecallers are non responsive about the reasons of delay, sometimes saying that it is a Technicakl probles, and at times due to heavy rains. I think HDFC, along with AVG Merchandising has taken me for a ride.

It is ridiculous and unfortunate to complaint in this fashion. I have booked a product with code no898 for a DIG Camera of model dsc730 during May08 and received a digital camera of model dsc 750. when contacted, it was told that it is a superior model. But the charger and the accessories are of dsc 730 which is not suitable for dsc 750 model.I have been contacting every dick & harry of AVA since June the answer is " it is on the way " I have wasted thousands of calls to get the reply and the std dialogue " it is on the way ". Is there any way out to get the charger with its accessories of dsc 750 ? Or shall I proceed in some other fashion as I'm frusrtated to call and enquire about my product.
I have paid the amount of rs 8999/- during May it self.
Is it not the responsibility of AVA guys to solve my problem??????

I don’t know, what is your SLA with customer and avamerchandising, I have given my order on 22 -Aug- 08 and sill I have not received my product . Also my EMI got started on my card - Orden no[protected]

Product order confirmation no.[protected] on 29th August 2008. Not delivered yet. Tele - complaints kept me on hold for 26 minutes. I cut the line. Two other products and ordered at the same time as above item were delivered within 1 week. Strange ways.

Ihv ordered dig camera (product code 898) and the ref.no[protected] and recd wrong camera and wrong batteries and paid rs8999/-on hsbc credit card in may2008.when contacted no response as on date and im frustrated and request for the right product . their response is horrible and disgusting .

I can send the SMS For AVA Sales for Offer of HDFC Bank. Recevied for massage after some time any one contact you in shortly. but after two days no one calling me.
