I have worked with Axis Softech for over 2 years as senior consultant, i have seen the processes that are being followed by the management and their behavior with employees. I should confirm the fact that the working experience in the company is wonderful. Everyone is so cooperative and affectionate that you feel like working at your home. I cannot say anything about the experience of other people but let me share my experience which has been delighting. At the same time i have never experienced during my tenure that management has misbehavior with anyone or any employee or any client. All the clients who get their services from Axis Softech have good experience all together. I wonder how can people write anything (negative) like this without having any adequate proof. When i have confirmed from the HR department they said that the person who is claiming to have bad experience with the company has never worked for the company.I am surprised to see the messages that how can someone defame an organization like this.
