[Resolved]  Bajaj Consumer Durable Loan — ECS (EMI related)

Hi, This is Sushant khaire. I want to bring it to your notice that I had applied for a consumer durable loan from Bajaj finserve in the month of Jun'2013 for Sansui LCD TV. However the product was delivered at my place even before sanction of my loan. However I was not delivered my sanction letter at my place till today from bajaj finance & also I was not informed about my ECS (emi) date. Before applying for the produce loan I had informed my dealer Shivshakti Electronics from Bhayander (E) that I get paid on the 7th of every mnth and this was informed to bajaj finance by the dealer itself. However inspite of informing bajaj finance about my salary date they decided my ECS date (emi date) by themselves which was 2nd of every mnth which gets bounced as I get paid on 7th . The EMI date was not informed to me by bajaj finserve nor they gave me any sanction letter in written. I requested them to change my emi date as I get paid on 7th of every month. But still they are presenting the EMI on 2nd of every mnth because of which they have spoiled my bank statement. I told them that I am ready to pay the emi but you need to change my EMI date as I get paid on 7th of every mnth. The collection guys are not ready to listen & are often very abusive & harsh while talking. I m really frustrated about this. I also told them to cancel my loan as my bank statement has been spoiled by them & I will pay my dealer the whole amount of the product. But still they are not ready to listen & often call me & use abusive words. I request you to take strict action against them for misguiding the customer, using abusive language & threatning the customer. Thanks & Regards, Sushant Khaire
