[Resolved] Band Box — Damage of Saree in Dry cleaning

Saree worth Rs 8840.0 was damaged by Bandbox Koramangala, Bangalore. It was a new saree. They refuse to pay compensation. Several phone calls from my side have been completely ignored. They have the attitude of what can the consumer do. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Band box rajajinagar tore my marriage saree worth Rs.15000 and refused to agree that it was their mistake, when i asked them, they said it was torn before they accepted and when asked why didn't they not check it before, they say they don't check items before accepting, so that they damage it, and they can put the blame back on us. I have never seen such kind of people who not only damage your clothes but also put the blame back on you.
We go to them because of the brand name, and they are misusing it to the maximum.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want your dress to be damaged please give it to Band box rajajinagar.
They will do it for you without even you asking for it.

I was happy to see a bandbox ( BTM 2nd stage)near by as I have heard lot about the service.

They burnt my net suit while Ironing, using a normal press instead of steam ironing.

Suit is damaged beyond repair.

Never using Band Box again.
