bank ATM — transition failed yet money is debited.
I am Rabindra Bhuyan and I hold a an account in the Central Bank, Darjeeling Branch. The account no is-[protected].On the 3rd of June 2011 I had withdrawn Rs 3700 from an HDFC bank ATM situated at sector-37, Arun Vihar, Noida. Due to low some technical faults(power backup failure) in the ATM my transition was incomplete. Later i came to know that the amount was deducted from the account but i had not received any money. I logged a complaint in the HDFC bank branch at Noida but they did not accept the complain saying that its the responsibility of the central bank Darjeeling Branch. I logged a complain in the central bank Darjeeling branch, but they seemed irresponsible and they sent me again to the HDFC bank saying that its the procedure.When I made an in depth study about the procedure then I came 2 know that Central bank was suppose to make protocols to the HDFC bank Noida branch, and the money was suppose to be refunded within a week or else the Central Bank was to pay me a penalty on a per day basis. The bank seem unresponsive to this and i would seek forward for the consumer court to help me find a solution to this.THANK YOU

bank atm — in banda up bank atm not working proper
dear sir,i am working in a private sector. n i received my salary in bank account direct. but in my city banda the sbi atms are not working in proper way . most of the month the atm are dead . and if i complaints it in the branch than branch employee misbehave with bank atm customer.
so i requested plz solve this type of problem
