On 10 Mar 2010, I bought a Running shoes at Bata india Ltd.Siddhi Vinayak,Bata junction,Satellite, ahmedabad-380015,phone:[protected].i paid the payment by Debit card 0n ref no.453401 & my shoes no :839.9037.
I purchased a pair of Running shoes shortly before 10 days. Within 10 days, the rubber sole of the shoes had begun to detach while playing cricket on ground.rendering the shoes unsafe for wear as well as visually unpleasing. I've never seen anything like this before. The shoes look like new, expect for the loosely hanging sole.
I have enclosed a photo for your reference. You can clearly see the rubber sole has separated and is hanging loosely to the side.
I showed the shoes to Bata’s shope executive,he told me this shoes not to be replace.shoes just repair.but as per ur rules & conditionUp to 15 days(Claims are admissible when shoes have been appropriately usd.etc.) I expect this is a rare defect, and that there will be no issue with getting a replacement.
so in that cause what to do?please do need full
