IT IS AN EMAIL SCAM and there are many of them. The worst thing you could do is to contact them.
The intention of a lottery scam email is to persuade you to contact the sender and provide them with identity details, including your bank details, and then to steal money from you. These scam emails are from criminals on the internet.
