Dear Sir or Madam,
I was allotted Apartment no J/10/0601 (Sparsh) at "SP - Shukhobrishti" (Phase - IIA) with the commitment that the possession of the allotted apartment shall be given on or before April 2011.
It has been now delayed more than 18 months and the builder is still not giving any firm commitment. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to continue living in rented accommodation.
I would like to avail of immediate possession of my flat and appropriate redressal on account of any further delay. I would appreciate your kind and valued guidance
