[Resolved]  Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. Mumbai — Non delivery of free gift on Subscription

I have subscribed "TOP GEAR" Megazine in May,2011 and made the payment on line. At the time of Subscription they promised to send 10 DVD free. My Subscription No.BP:28569075. They send me my first issue of August,2011 where as the Subscription started from July,2011. I have made following complaint for non receipt of July,2011 Issue and 10 DVD but till today they are making only promises :
05.08.2011 - Mr. Surendra, 24.08.2011 - Mr. Surendra, 13.09.2011 - Ms. Sheetal, 12.10.2011 - Ms. Shalaka, 02.12.2011 - Ms. Ankita, 22.12.2011 - Ms. Ankita, 23.12.2011 - Ms. Ankita, 28.12.2011 - Ms. Shalaka.
I have also sent email on CRM.[protected]@TIMESGROUP.COM ON 02.12.2011 & 22.12.2011.
All above complaint were lodged on[protected].
Each time they said that I will get the things within 48 hours and their senior executiv Ms. Pratiksha will talk to me. Till today neither they deliver their promise not their executive Ms. Pratiksha has courtsey to call me and say sorry.

I have not received the copy of L.P. for the month of August 2011. My Subscription Receipt No. is 10878 Dt 29.4.2011 Subcription was paid vide cheque No. 057267 on 29.4.2011

bennett coleman & co ltd — Non receipt of free gift on subscription

I have booked Lonely Planet and Good homes Magazines. I have Paid Rs.1440/- Receipt No 28333 date 22/9/2011.
There was offer of Laptop Bag with subscription. Till date I have not received the Bag. Even on helpline the person has promised me to deliver bag within 10 day.

I have paid Rs.990/- by cheque no 187274 dt 29.03.2012 cleard on 30.05.2012, & Rs1/- by cash to times of india vendor Mr.SALVI. Pathanwadi, malad east, mumbai -400097, till date no coupon issue by times of india, if you are unable to start (daily news paper) subscription copy then please refund my payment Rs991/- to me. awaiting your reply. faisal.a.khan-mobile [protected], email :[protected]@yahoo.com
