Dt. 13/8/2008 Dear Sir, I am a consumer of indane cocking gas card serial no-0001666, consumer no-Bi-1666 for last 6 years, I am getting cocking gas from Berhampur Indane Service, (distributor code[protected], Berhampur, Ganjam, orissa. The service of the distibutor is very poor, the owner is very corrupted, he used to sell maximum valume of the coocking gas to the local brockers with extra margin of ruppes 30-40/- per cylinder, and the brockers sells it to the consumer with a margin of 60-70 rupees per cylinder. its true fact .90% consumers of the said distributors are unsatisfied.When ever we tried to booking on the following telephone no[protected], the phone remains busy or not answering even after personally booking at he office & several reminder the distributor delivers the coocking gas cylinder after 2-3 months. I am also a consumer of Indene Cooking Gas from Rayagada, Orissa. The service of this Rayagada Distibutor is very poor. Even booking date is crossed a month no steps have been taken at their end. The Cylinder is being blacked @ Rs.500/- to Rs.600/- on the market. It is happening since a period of months. The whole Rayagada Town Consumers are being suffered from Gas Scarcity and suffering a lot and the Dealer is sitting IDLE doing nothing.
Please forward this complaint with authority concerned and do the needful please as soon as possible, and help to stop black marketing of gas.

In Hatibandha street a kirani shop keeper doing black market of gas, house no 3.on contacting him he provides gas for all bhojes in the street all bachelors nd rented accomadation in the street those dont have ny gas connection.after contacting him he either provide indian gas cylinder either stored in his house attached to the shop or stored in the neighbourhood.
