[Resolved]  BESCOM (Electric bill) — Dispute in Electric bill

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub:Dispute in Electric bill (RR NO 8EDLG38549 E8 SUB DIVISION)

With reference to the above mentioned RR number please find attached account statement for your reference,Where the reading is showing 530 units for the month of Oct 2011 ie bill no 729 dtd 10/11/11 for Rs.2925/-.But for your kind information our usage is not upto that extend. Our average monthly usage is around 50 to 60 units. Whereas, for the month of OCT. 2011 the electricity usage account statement shows as 530 units which is not correct. You are requested to look into the case and the correct bill should be send to us so that we can make the payment accordingly.And even moreover we have not received any bill for the month of oct 2011 from BESCOM.

One more thing that i have to bring to your knowladge,while paying the bill for the month of sept 2011 through Online there was a
mistake that we have selected wrong location code/area code instead of E8 SUB DIVISION and the payment has been credited to some other account.This matter has been bought to the notice of officials and requested to adjust the amount to our above mentioned RR No.but no responce from their end. So kindly help me by solving this issue.I would like to have your feedback in
this regard. Appreciate your revert.
